Our goal is to create a trusting long term relationship with our customers, ensuring we continue to bring the latest technology and solutions to streamline your business processes. Lineal has been operating for over 35 years and put security first to protect your data.

Standard Support operating hours are 8 am - 6 pm Weekdays. Out of hours and 24/7 support is offered as an additional extra.

Our typical supported customer is between 20 and 500 users, though we also support organisations with more than 1000 users

Lineal mainly provides on site support and services across the UK and Europe, remote support is available globally which we currently support multiple customers in different time zones.

Yes we offer this as an addon service upon request.
