- 2nd/3rd Line Technical Support & Project Delivery Engineer
Lineal are seeking a 2nd/3rd line technical support engineer to provide technical support, and complete project tasks, for commercial contract customers within our IT Technical Support Department.
The successful applicant must be a team player, presentable, confident and articulate with an good telephone manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels (to both technical and non-technical audiences,) and an aptitude for continuous learning/professional development is essential. This role involves sophisticated information technology project work and requires a very high standard of organisational ability.
