Office for Mac 2016 has now been released and we’re not sure how popular it is going to be.
There new features for each of the programs within the new Office for Macintosh package and there are also improvements to the features on previous versions of Office.
Several people can now work on the same Word document simultaneously and use the threaded comments to have a conversation right next to the relevant text.
Excel now recommends charts that are best suited for your data.
So far, the Office 2016 is only available through an Office365 subscription with the Office 365 Home costing £79.99 per year with the Personal edition costing £59.99 per year.
One niggle we have found so far, Microsoft Outlook 2016 will now only work with MS Exchange 2010 or higher.
