Accounts training on LIneal Software Accounting software is available. This service is offered either on site or at our office.
Each ledger is stepped through, with you entering the data as worked examples. Homework is given and each session lasts about 2 hours. This will cover the entering account details, along with analysis/nominal code setup.
After the codes have been entered, the completion is called homework, we will return for the next stage. This will cover entering transactions, ie, invoices. When the opening invoices have been entered, the next stage is covered. The bank ledger is setup. Then payments, in and out are covered. Sundry and Petty Cash Ledgers are covered next. Bank statements & reconciliation come next. Finally, the report modules are covered. These cover the input ledgers, stock and nominal lists. The precise Sales Ledger invoice and credit note layouts are completed. These will match your existing layouts or take into consideration changes you may require.
