SYSTEM SUMMARY

Special report and processing routines are available for each customer that makes the LSA system suitable for migration from older setups. These routines, combined with the enormous functionality available from the database storage system, give the end user a system that is easy to use.

All LSA modules can be linked to provide single input and analysis of data. A mixture of all modules can be configured for your particular use, with report tailoring to suit your company. Several input screens can be customised to meet your requirements, eg the Sales Ledger invoice/credit screens.

SYSTEM SECURITY

The password features of the LSA system allow individual users to have access to any module with several levels of access ranging from no access, read only, printing or read/write, upto delete status. There is a comprehensive audit trail for users in the creation of every record in any ledger, complete with edit and print audit details. Each user has a complete personal audit trail for every task performed per day.

COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS

The type of computer work station should be either a Pentium III processor or any Power PC processor. Each machine should have at least 128Mb of RAM fitted, with ideally 256Mb. There should be a hard disk with at least 200Mb spare space and a SVGA or 15” monitor. Most major Operating Systems are supported, Windows 3.1, Windows 95/98, Windows NT4, Macintosh OS9 & OSX, IBM OS/2 & Unix. Many types of networks, including TCP/IP, AppleShare, Novel Netware, Lan Manager & Windows 95/98, etc. can be used for multi-user versions. Ideally, the network should be Ethernet 10base or faster, with at least 300Mb free space on the central file server for multi user versions.
